The anthology was featured alongside celebrated author Donna Freitas's newest novel The Healer.

WDKY contributing writer Jill Hedgecock appeared at Indie Author Day on October 13, 2018 from 11am to 4pm at the 

San Pablo Library.

WDKY contributing writer Eliot Schrefer appeared on October 12, 2018 at Books of Wonder in NYC at 6pm. Eliot read and signed the latest book in his National Book Award-nominated ape quartet, Orphaned. Eliot appeared alongside Donna Freitas (The Healer).

Becky Fine-Firesheets, a WDKY contributing writer, performed with her duo The Brooklyn Players Reading Society on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Freddy's Bar and Backroom in Brooklyn.

The event also served as a launch party for the anthology with author readings from 7:30-8:15pm, a musical performance at 8:30pm followed by Fine-Firesheets's duo at 9:30pm.

Authors reading included Eliot Schrefer, Matthue Roth, Abby Maguire, Tiffany L. Berryman and Seth Pilevsky.
